Salary Range: 90,000 – 130,000 per year (Full-Time)

Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Location: Fully remote, In office, or hybrid

Conterra Engineering is seeking a dedicated Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the design of renewable energy projects (solar, BESS, wind, substations, etc.), and/or public and private site development projects. Beyond design, the role involves managing and mentoring other engineers, plan and report production, and working closely with internal and external teams.

Job Description:

• Design of public and private site development projects, including grading and drainage, site and utility layout, and erosion control
• Management and mentorship of other engineering
• Production of construction documents and reports necessary to support the projects
• Coordination with municipalities, clients, subcontractors, and contractors to complete submittals
• Travel: Approximately 0-15% of time spent traveling to site visits
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience in site development design (preferred)
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience (required)
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
