About Conterra Engineering

Conterra Engineering is a small, growing civil engineering firm specializing in Colorado land development projects including parks and recreation, commercial, industrial, PK-12 schools, higher education, municipal facilities, affordable housing, and public infrastructure and roadways, as well as renewable energy projects nationwide.

As a member of the Conterra team, engineers are involved in all aspects of project execution – from early planning and design through permitting, coordination, and construction support. Our size allows team members to take meaningful ownership of their work, gain broad project exposure, and directly contribute to the firm’s growth and success.

We are a fully remote company based in Colorado with a small-business environment that values self-motivation, accountability, and flexibility. Team members manage their own schedules, work independently, and collaborate closely with a distributed team to deliver high-quality, practical engineering solutions. These roles are best suited for individuals who are motivated by responsibility, variety in their work, and the opportunity for long-term career growth within a growing firm.
